After payment you will receive a mobile link and a call from your certified appraiser to answer all questions or concerns.   Please reference video to understand the virtual process. 

What do I need to have to participate in a virtual appraisal?

To ensure a smooth and successful exchange, you will need to have a Wi-Fi or internet connection and a mobile phone with a working camera.

How will I receive my appraisal report?

After submission of the mobile data, you will receive your  appraisal report via email typically within 48 hours. 

All appraisals are completed by a Certified Residential Appraiser
